Ivalo Igloo Village

The Igloo Village Kakslauttanen is located 30 min drive from Ivalo. The village contains comfortable first-class log cottages, reflecting the traditional Lapp style. There is a variety of Lapp cuisine restaurants in the area and a genuine smoke sauna, an integral part of the Finnish heritage. From December to April you can also stay in one of the ice igloos. Enjoy Husky dog sleighs or drive snow mobiles during the afternoon and have a local Lapp dinner in the evening.
