TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION, PAYMENT AND PARTICIPATION
Globe Forum Sverige AB (“Globe Forum”, “we”, “us”) and its affiliates and you agree to the following terms and conditions of registration,
payment and participation (“Terms of Registration”) that govern your registration, payment and participation at Globe Forum 2009, on June 4-5
2009 (“the Event”).

REGISTRATION FEE
Registration to Globe Forum 2009 constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Registration. All the prices are quoted per person and do not
include taxes, travel and other personal expenses of the registrant. The registration fee does include a license to attend the Headline Sessions
and Theme Sessions listed speeches of the principal speakers listed in the Events brochure.
Allocation of seats at theme sessions will be primarily done on a first come basis though Globe Forum reserves the right to allocate space to the
special sessions in its judgment.

GALA DINNER
Registrants of the Event may also register for the Gala Dinner on June 3. Gala Dinner registrations must be submitted no later than April 30.
Registrants may bring a spouse or significant other, and can therefore register up to two people to the Gala Dinner.
Seats available to registrants are limited, and allocation will be primarily done on a first come basis though Globe Forum reserves the right to
allocate seats in its judgment.

PAYMENT
Payment may be made by credit card, or by invoice for residents of Sweden. We reserve the right to reject any registration for any or no reason
as long as it is not an unlawful reason.

DISCOUNTS
Discounts may apply to some registrants. These registrants are issued a personal discount code which must be supplied during registration.

CANCELLATIONS. CHANGES TO THE EVENT'S PARTICULARS
You may cancel your registration up to May 15 2009. Your registration fee will be refunded, less a processing fee of SEK 500 per ticket. After
May 15, no refunds will apply.
You may appoint a substitute delegate, in writing, no later than May 31. After this date no changes are allowed.
Globe Forum reserves the right to cancel the Event, and in the unlikely event this were to occur, we would promptly refund your total fee paid.
Globe Forum will accept no responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS AND VISAS
Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. It is recommended that you check your visa requirements with your
local Embassy or Consulate. We are unable to send letters supporting visa applications to embassies prior to receipt of your registration and full
payment of registration fees. Please apply for your visa in good time.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
On the registration pages additional services such as hotel accommodation, trips and events are being made available by our partner
Scandinavian Perspectives/Lotus Travel. Scandinavian Perspectives/Lotus Travel are solely responsible for these services. Globe Forum cannot be held liable for the
delivery of these services, as they are out of our control. Any claims regarding these services should be addressed to Scandinavian Perspectives.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Globe Forum takes your privacy very seriously. The information submitted by you to us, will be used for registration and administrative
purposes. When registering with us at our site, you expressly agree and authorize us to use your information (name, address, email address or
telephone number) to help us provide the products and services you have requested, and keep you informed of offers that may be of your
interest.Additionally, you expressly agree that we mayshare your informationwith ourbusiness partners.

DISCLAIMER
Globe Forum cannot be held liable for any of the content of the panels, speeches, speakers, ads, or any other material distributed during the
Event, as they are not under our control. Neither us nor the facility can take responsibility for any damage, loss, or costs that you may incur in
connection with your participation at the Event. Changes to the published program, cancellation of parts thereof, or your non participation in
any special event will not entitle you to any refund of the registration fee. We reserve the right to make any agenda changes without prior
notice.

GLOBE FORUM’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You hereby expressly acknowledge that this conference, the material provided to you, and all of its content, are copyright protected. You
further agree not to violate in any form all of the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and
laws, contained in this site, or at the Event. Any copy, reproduction or redistribution of any material of Globe Forum or distributed in the
conference, for commercial purposes and without our consent is prohibited. We reserve the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable
remedies should this occur. For the use of licensed machines, software, hardware, and other proprietary material available at the Events, their
own license terms and conditions apply.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Globe Forum and its shareholders, officers, managers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, or agents are not liable to you for any
direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential or special damage that may result from your registration and/or participation in the Event,
that may be alleged based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or other legal theory. Any claim against us shall be limited to the amount
you paid, if any, for your participation in the Event.
