Itinerary
Helsinki – Rovaniemi – Ivalo – Honningsvåg – Alta – Oslo – Stockholm – Helsinki

Day 1, Helsinki – Rovaniemi
Arrive in Rovaniemi via Helsinki.

Rovaniemi is the home of Santa Claus and it’s situated close to the Arctic Circle. This city offers you lots of adventures, winter activities and unique experiences.

Day 2, Rovaniemi – Ivalo

Breakfast served at your hotel.
Your coach and private guide will meet you at your hotel. Now, get ready for a sightseeing tour in Rovaniemi. Visit the village of Santa Claus, where you have the chance to take a picture together with Santa and send a postcard from his post office. Visit a reindeer farm where you will also receive a certificate for crossing the Arctic Circle. You can also and have lunch here.

Transfer to Ivalo by coach after lunch.

In the evening we recommend you to go on a safari-tour at the Arctic Circle Hiking Area.

Day 3, Ivalo – Honningsvåg

Breakfast served at your hotel.

Transfer from Ivalo to Honningsvåg by coach. Honningsvåg is in the Nordkapp municipality and claims to be the northernmost city in Norway and even in the world.
Arrive in Honningsvåg in the evening.

Later, at around 22:00, we transfer from Honningsvåg to North Cape to visit the North Cape Hall. The hall is situated on a massive cliff, 307 m above sea level, and marks the northernmost tip of Europe, representing the final frontier with the arctic sea. Here, you have the possibility to look at the spectacular panorama film, shown on an 180˚ screen. The film takes you on a journey through a landscape filled with contrasts, lights and spectacular nature.

Transfer back to your hotel.

Day 4, Honningsvåg – Alta – Oslo

Breakfast served at your hotel.
Transfer by coach from Honningsvåg to Alta.

Some free time to spend in Alta before taking flight to Oslo.

Transfer by coach from airport to hotel.

Day 5, Oslo

Breakfast served at your hotel.

Meet with coach and private guide for 3 hours sightseeing tour in Oslo.
The tour includes the famous Vigeland Park, Parliament Square, an outside look of the Royal Palace, National Galleries, Karl Johan shopping street, City Hall, Akershus Castle, the Norwegian Defence Museum.

Free time in the afternoon or book an optional tour.

Day 6, Oslo – Stockholm
Breakfast served at your hotel.

Pick up by coach and leave for a your transfer to Stockholm.

Make a stop for lunch in Karlstad or nearby city on the way.

Arrive in Stockholm in the evening.

Day 7, Stockholm

Breakfast served at your hotel.

Meet with your private guide for a 3-hour city sightseeing tour in Stockholm, including a walk through the Old Town to the majestic Royal Palace, built in 1754, for an outside look. If time allows we will see the change of guards before we continue our walk towards City Hall where you will see the magnificent Golden- and Blue hall.

In the afternoon you have time for optional tours, for instance visit the Vasa Museum with the well-preserved ship that sank on its maiden voyage in 1628.

Day 8, Stockholm – Helsinki
Breakfast served at your hotel.

Today you have some free time for optional tours and shopping.

Transfer from your hotel to the pier in the afternoon to board your Viking or Silja Line cruise to Helsinki. Scandinavian dinner buffet served on board.

Overnight on board cruise.

Day 9, Helsinki

Breakfast served on board.

Arrive in Helsinki in the morning.

Meet with a private guide and coach at the pier who will take you on a 3-hour city sightseeing tour to see the Senate Square, Uspenski Cathedral, the Parliament Building, the Olympic Stadium, the Sibelius Monument and much more.

Day 10, Helsinki – departure

Your coach will transfer you to the airport.
